Privacy Policy for TV Debloater

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TV Debloater (“TV Debloater”, “the app”) handles information when you use the application.

TV Debloater is developed and provided by Express Buy OÜ, Estonia.

1. Overview

TV Debloater is an Android application designed to help users connect to compatible Android TV and Google TV devices, manage installed applications, perform maintenance operations, and access remote-control and diagnostic tools.

The app communicates with compatible devices primarily through Android Debug Bridge (ADB) over a local network.

TV Debloater does not require registration or a TV Debloater user account.

The app is designed to perform device-management operations locally. It does not operate a cloud service for storing connected television data.

2. Information handled by TV Debloater

Depending on the features used, TV Debloater may access or process:

This information is used to provide the features requested by the user.

3. Local network and ADB connections

TV Debloater uses local network communication to discover, connect to, and manage compatible Android TV and Google TV devices.

ADB communication may provide access to system information and device-management functions authorized by the connected device.

Depending on the selected operation and the permissions granted by the television, the app may request actions such as disabling applications, uninstalling applications for a device user, restoring applications, clearing temporary data, or executing diagnostic commands.

These operations are initiated by the user.

TV Debloater does not transmit connected television application lists or ADB command histories to Express Buy OÜ as part of its core functionality.

ADB access can affect important system functions. Users should review warnings and confirm operations before making changes.

4. ADB credentials and saved devices

TV Debloater may store information required to reconnect to previously authorized televisions, including device addresses, connection preferences, and ADB authentication credentials.

ADB authentication keys are protected using Android Keystore-based encryption.

Saved connection information is intended to remain on the user's device and is used to establish authorized connections with compatible televisions.

Users should protect access to their phones because authorized ADB connections may provide extensive control over connected devices.

5. Installed applications and device information

TV Debloater reads installed application information from connected televisions to display application lists, identify optional components, and support user-selected management operations.

The app may access device properties and system diagnostics to determine compatibility and present relevant features.

This information is processed for device management and is not used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking.

6. Remote control, keyboard, touchpad, and game controller

TV Debloater provides tools for sending user-initiated input to compatible televisions.

Depending on the television and supported communication method, these features may include remote-control buttons, text input, touchpad gestures, mouse commands, and game-controller input.

The app does not use these controls to monitor the user's activity across unrelated applications or websites.

Input functionality and compatibility may vary depending on the television manufacturer, Android version, firmware, and available permissions.

7. Microphone and voice input

TV Debloater may request microphone permission when the user chooses to use voice-input functionality.

When voice input is activated, microphone audio may be transmitted to a compatible television or its authorized remote-input service to perform the requested voice operation.

Voice recognition and processing may be performed by the television and its associated voice services, which are subject to their own privacy policies.

TV Debloater does not operate its own cloud-based speech recognition service.

The app does not intentionally retain microphone recordings as part of its core functionality.

Microphone access is intended to occur only when the user activates the relevant feature and grants the required permission.

8. Screenshots, files, and APK installation

TV Debloater may allow users to capture television screenshots, browse or transfer files, and install compatible APK packages.

These operations are initiated by the user and depend on the permissions and capabilities of the connected television.

Screenshots and files may contain personal or sensitive information displayed or stored on the connected device.

Users are responsible for choosing which files to access, transfer, save, or share.

TV Debloater does not provide an Express Buy OÜ cloud storage service for screenshots, transferred files, or APK packages.

Files shared with external applications or storage providers may be processed according to those services' privacy policies.

9. Free features and Premium purchase

TV Debloater provides free functionality and optional Premium features.

Premium is offered as a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Google Play.

TV Debloater does not require a recurring Premium subscription.

The purchase price, applicable taxes, and payment terms are displayed by Google Play before purchase.

Payments are processed by Google Play. Express Buy OÜ does not receive or store full payment card or banking details through the app.

TV Debloater may receive and process Google Play purchase information necessary to determine Premium eligibility, acknowledge purchases, and restore purchased functionality.

Google's handling of payment and transaction information is governed by its applicable privacy policies and terms.

10. Third-party services

TV Debloater uses Android platform functionality and Google Play services necessary to operate the app and manage purchases, including Google Play Billing.

These services may process technical, device-related, or transaction information according to their own privacy policies.

Voice-input features may interact with services available on the connected television.

TV Debloater does not use third-party advertising SDKs.

11. Analytics and advertising

TV Debloater does not contain third-party advertising.

The app does not use connected television information, application lists, ADB credentials, or operation histories to create advertising profiles.

TV Debloater does not intentionally track users across unrelated applications or websites.

12. Sale of personal data

Express Buy OÜ does not sell personal data collected through TV Debloater.

Connected device information, application lists, authentication credentials, and operation histories are not sold to advertisers or data brokers.

13. Data sharing

TV Debloater does not intentionally transmit locally stored ADB credentials, television application lists, or device-management histories to Express Buy OÜ as part of its core functionality.

Information may be exchanged directly between the user's phone and the connected television to perform requested operations.

Google Play and other platform services may process information necessary to provide purchases, voice input, or operating-system functionality.

Users may choose to transfer or share screenshots and files through other applications or services.

14. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored television profiles, connection preferences, operation histories, and other application data are generally retained until removed by the user, cleared through Android settings, or deleted when the application is uninstalled, subject to Android's storage behavior.

Removing a saved television or clearing application data may remove associated locally stored connection information.

Screenshots, APK packages, and files saved outside the app may remain on the device after the app is uninstalled.

Google Play purchase records are retained according to Google's applicable policies.

Uninstalling TV Debloater does not automatically reverse changes previously made to connected televisions.

15. Permissions

Depending on the features used and Android version, TV Debloater may request or use:

Permissions are used to provide the corresponding features and are not intended for advertising or cross-app tracking.

16. Children's privacy

TV Debloater is a device-management utility and is not specifically designed or directed at children.

The app provides advanced device-management functions that may modify or disable television applications and system components.

Such operations should be performed by individuals who understand the associated risks.

17. Security

TV Debloater is designed to keep device-management information local and protect saved ADB authentication credentials.

Reasonable technical measures are used to reduce unnecessary exposure of connection information and authentication data.

However, no electronic storage or communication system can guarantee absolute security.

ADB authorization can provide extensive control over a connected device. Users should authorize only trusted devices and networks and protect their phones from unauthorized access.

Express Buy OÜ cannot guarantee that all third-party televisions will support every management operation or that changes to system applications will be reversible.
