This Privacy Policy explains how TaxiLog (the “app”) handles information when you use the application. TaxiLog is developed and provided by Express Buy OÜ, Estonia.
TaxiLog is an Android application for recording driver work shifts, earnings, work-related distance, vehicle fuel and operating expenses, and financial reports. TaxiLog operates primarily on your device and does not require a TaxiLog user account.

The app uses this information to provide its recordkeeping, calculations, history, statistics, backup, export, and subscription features.
Driver work records, vehicle information, and financial data entered into TaxiLog are stored locally on your Android device. TaxiLog processes them to calculate earnings, costs, working distance, and financial results for selected periods. Records are not used by Express Buy OÜ for advertising or behavioral profiling.
TaxiLog uses device-provided date, time, time zone, and locale settings as needed to record and display shifts and transactions. You may choose supported display languages and measurement units. These settings are used for app functionality, not advertising or cross-app tracking.
TaxiLog stores app records locally. At your request, it can create backup files and export financial information in CSV or PDF format, and restore compatible TaxiLog backup files you select. Such files may contain vehicle, shift, earnings, expense, and other information you entered. You control where exported or backup files are saved and with whom they are shared. TaxiLog does not provide a TaxiLog cloud account or automatically upload your work history to an Express Buy OÜ server. Android or user-configured device backup and file-sharing services may handle files or app data under their own terms.
TaxiLog offers an optional auto-renewing subscription through Google Play. Google Play processes purchases. Express Buy OÜ does not receive your full payment-card or banking details through TaxiLog. The app may receive and process purchase and entitlement information needed to activate paid features, acknowledge purchases, and restore eligible subscriptions. Google’s handling of payment and transaction information is subject to its own privacy policies and terms.
TaxiLog uses Android platform functionality and Google Play services, including Google Play Billing. These services may process technical or transaction information according to their respective privacy policies. TaxiLog does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
TaxiLog does not display third-party advertising and does not use advertising identifiers to create advertising profiles. Financial and vehicle records are analyzed locally to provide the statistics and reports you request, not for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Express Buy OÜ does not sell personal data collected through TaxiLog.
TaxiLog does not intentionally send locally stored vehicle records, shifts, earnings, expenses, or notes to Express Buy OÜ as part of its core functionality. Data may be processed by Android, Google Play, or a file destination you choose when using system features, making purchases, exporting reports, sharing files, or restoring backups.
Locally stored app data generally remains on your device until you edit or delete it, restore other data, clear app data, or uninstall TaxiLog, subject to Android system behavior. Exported CSV/PDF and backup files saved outside the app may remain after uninstalling and must be managed separately. Google Play retains purchase information according to its own policies.
TaxiLog may use Internet access for Google Play Billing and Android system capabilities for local file selection, saving, sharing, and app functionality. The app does not require access to contacts, microphone, or camera for its core vehicle and financial tracking functions. The permissions used by a particular app version are shown by Android and Google Play.
TaxiLog is a general-purpose driver and vehicle finance utility and is not specifically designed for or directed at children.
Reasonable measures are taken to limit access to information to what is necessary for app functionality. No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and any backup or exported files, which may contain sensitive financial and vehicle information.
This policy may be updated when TaxiLog features, data practices, applicable requirements, or third-party services change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
